Klefta Translations provides general, legal and business translation services on a freelance basis in English and Dutch for the business community, the legal world and many other segments. We are what is known in the market as an agency translating service. Although most of our translations are used for 'regular' purposes, we are also fully qualified to certify them in accordance with the appropriate legislation (sworn translations).
Having acquired valuable experience over the years as general translators, we concluded that we also had a talent for providing legal and business translations. The fact that we now consider ourselves specialists in those fields does not, however, in any way diminish our willingness to translate just about any text that you can think of. We have by now established a reputation for being tireless, dedicated and resourceful far beyond the scope of normal translating, an achievement of which we are particularly proud and which we intend to maintain long into the future.
Each assignment involves our utmost concentration, an urgent sense of purpose and a keen eye for content, terminology, deadlines, customer care and every other aspect of what is essentially a satisfactory rearrangement of a sometimes complex and sizeable sequence of characters.
We have never yet missed a deadline, and the steadily increasing number of translating agencies we work for proves that the quality we deliver is high and consistent, and that our rates are attractive. All translating we do ourselves, nothing is outsourced. We have at our disposal a highly experienced team of practising lawyers, business and banking executives in both England and the Netherlands for when a second professional opinion is required.
Our ambition is to deliver quality, regardless of how big or small, easy or complicated a translation might be. It is in your general and financial interest that we operate as efficiently as possible. We therefore work with state of the art equipment and sophisticated translating tools such as Trados and Across. Klefta is registered with the Bbtv (Registry for Sworn Translators and Interpreters) in Den Bosch and the NGTV (Dutch Professional Association of Translators and Interpreters) in Leiden.
